Misogyny Awareness Training for School & Academy Staff
In this course we explore Misogyny and online INCEL subculture and equip staff in schools & academies with the knowledge to challenge misogynistic attitudes.
What is covered in this training?
The online subculture of INCELs (involuntarily celibate), involves a deeply misogynistic worldview which is promoted by individuals who blame women for their lack of sexual activity. Having emerged from online forums, the INCEL environment (known as the 'manosphere') is one of toxic masculinity, where misogyny, jealousy, entitlement, and fatalism are the driving forces. This subculture, promoted by social media influencers, is devoted to conveying a hatred of feminism and women, sometimes resulting in extremely violent consequences.
As today's INCEL influencers are experts at finding and recruiting young boys online, where they are groomed over computer headsets, in gaming strategy chatrooms, and via viral videos, it is important for all staff in schools and academies to be equipped with the knowledge to challenge misogynistic attitudes.

Our training is applicable to the following educational settings: Primary Schools, Primary Academies, Secondary Schools, Secondary Academies, Public Schools, Free Schools, Pupil Referral Units, and SEND Schools.
To fulfil the latest safeguarding requirements, training is advised for the following roles:
- All existing staff - Teachers, LSAs, HLTAs, TAs, Support Staff, Site Managers/Staff
- All new recruits as part of the induction process

Our system requires no complicated setup. From the Admin Dashboard simply copy and send an invitation email to your staff with the login details for your school or academy. Once your staff commence training, all progress, results and CPD certificates are presented in the Admin Dashboard as evidence of training.

Staff complete a course via any PC, Mac, Smartphone or Tablet. Each course is made up of an engaging multimedia presentation created using 3D animation, comprehensive course notes and a fully tracked multiple-choice assessment. On completion, staff can view and print their CPD accredited certificate.
All courses are kept up–to–date with any changes in legislation or policy ensuring practice in your school or academy is compliant with current requirements.
